So yesterday MrH and I celebrated 13 years of marriage (19 years together). We’ve known each other since we were kids and went to the same primary school as each other(!) It’s strange how time goes so quickly. It certainly doesn’t feel like 19 years. We celebrated by going to the dragon boat festival in town with our daughter and then had a nice meal at Carluccios in the Square (Shrewsbury).
Our wedding day was held at Cressage Church and then we went to the Albrighton Hall Hotel for our reception. I wore a Mori Lee gown and Paul had his suit from Debenhams – he wanted to wear a gold brocade jacket to look different to the men. It was a magical day and one that our friends and family still talk about now.
